Hi, i've got a new laptop as my old one died but can't get NED player to install. I've installed quick time from the apple website last night so it is a recent version. I keep getting message "unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click quick the application will close imediately" Then it also says " invalid signature in tutorials document please contact support for assistance" The first message also has Net. framework at the top of the messsage. I've tried reinstalling Net.Framework but it comes up with "use turn on or off windows features" error message. I tried unchecking the Net.framework box and checking the box but no luck. It is the only software that won't install on my laptop. Please advise.
