Can I import videos downloaded from Apple Apps?

Hi, I started off downloading macProVideos for Final Cut Pro X from my Apple Mac Apps program before discovering the NED interface and then I started bundled downloads directly from this website (cheaper, too!). I like the fact that all these more recent videos are collected together, but they exclude the previous ones I downloaded from Apple. Is there any way I can import these video files into NED. The content is the same format, but the actual file format is different. Also, is there any way to add the free introductory videos for FCPX and Motion 5? I'd like to have ALL my MPV files together in one place (NED app) if possible! Many thanks, John Irvine.
