I have tried to uninstall and reinstall he microssoft updat, i have tried every way to install the ned player. and then someone e-mails me and says we see you haven't tried any of our products, here is a coupon good for 48 hours. What version of Windows are you running

What problems do you have when you try install the NED player? Do you get any error messages?

I am on a Mac, but also work on PC's occasionally. Maybe I can assist?

Xp SP3 It keep saying cannot install contact vendor. If you look at one of my other posts there is some technical info. I have tried everything possible to no avail.

32-bit or 64-bit?
