If you are experiencing issues with installing Windows NED, please run through these steps.
1. Make sure you have the most recent version of QuickTime installed.
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
2. For XP users, please make sure you've got the .NET Framework 2.0 update installed.

3. Are you using a unzipping program (i.e. WinZip)? If so, this sometimes creates issues with installation. Instead please follow these steps:
~Right-click on the NED_Windows.zip (located in your default download location)
~Select "Explore" to bring up a regular Explorer window
~In this window, you will see the NED_Windows folder, double click it.
~You will see a number of files, including "Setup.exe"; double-click this setup file.
NED should install now with no errors.
