I may be missing a step but I cannot get my N.E.D. to convert sync with iphone. I have updated to 3.1.2 and have N.E.D.i on iphone. I can see under device on computer in N.E. D. Next, I go to device and check the tutorial I want to place on iphone and hit the sync button. For a very brief (1 sec.) the item show in panel as if conversion is going to start then nothing. Item disappears from panel and nothing happens. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Which tutorial(s) are you trying to sync?

Have you followed all the steps outlined in the videos on NEDi here:

Thank you for your quick reply. I followed your suggestion and referred to videos. I am not sure what I must have not done the first time but it worked like a charm the second time as I follow the steps! "If all else fails; read the instruction . . . but not as much fun!"

I am having the exact same problem. Using NED 3.1.3 and NEDi. I have done the wireless handshake before (with previous version of NED) and synced a couple tutorials to NEDi without any snags. Now when I launch NEDi it appears as a device in NED, like it should. I then select the tuts I want to sync and it seems to begin syncing for a second and disappears. I have tried to start the whole process over by restarting NED with sync disabled in NEDi. Then enabling sync, hoping to redo the handshake process but it just reappears as a device already with tutorials available. Trying to sync another tutorial lends the exact same failed result. I am trying to sync Illustrator tutorials with a MacBook Pro OSX 10.5.7, Airport Express, & iPhone... Guess I will have to watch the bikinis at the pool rather than my tutorials today, not a big deal :)
