Hi Guys,

Love the work you've been doing and dismayed by the run of bad luck you've been having.

I've got two major issues using N.E.D.i. First, as I'm trying to load a DVDSP tutorial, the audio plays audibly at conversion speed! Each movie's audio plays as the movie converts! Second, after each movie's conversion is complete, the file tries to open in Safari!

What's going on? Is anyone else seeing this strange behavior?

Maybe with iPhone 3.0 you can use the push capability to move/sync tutorials.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for your kind words :)

The issue you describe sounds connected to older style tutorials that had hyperlinks enabled (hence Safari opens!)

This shouldn't happen with other tutorials you try to sync. But to find out the latest info on this you can contact our Support Team directly:
