Just upgraded my iPhone App.. but NED2 is not seeing the videos I had loaded on my iPhone.. do I have to reload the training videos again? and if so.. were the original vids deleted.. or are they still on my iPhone taking up space? Thx, Kipp

Hi Kipp

Welcome to the forums!

I've just got some answers to your questions from our programmers.

NEDi 1 is a separate app. So any videos you downloaded for NEDi 1 are stored within the app itself and so when you delete NEDi 1 you will delete all the videos you downloaded to your iPhone.

NEDi 2 uses a different system for reading tutorials which is why it won't recognise videos downloaded using NEDi 1.

However, NED 3.2.2 on your Mac gives you the option to convert your downloaded tutorials to NEDi format offline. This cuts down the sync process considerably and should make it quicker for you to sync already converted tutorials directly to NEDi2.

NEDi 2 also allows you to sync individual videos from your Mac, meaning that you nolonger need to download an entire tutorial.

Hope that helps,
Rounik

Thx for the info. You might consider updating the Appstore descrition and update description... To advise users of NEDi 1 that they will need to reload their tutorials.
It is nice having the excellent tutorials on the phone.
