hello.

For some reason, NEDi2 wouldn't get the whole parts of the converted videos on my iPod touch
even though the conversion process is done on my mac.
I tried to keep refreshing/syncing iPod touch for missing videos, but it keeps missing the same videos saying "waiting for video to become available". but which is supposed to be already available.

any ideas?

Sam

Hi Sam,

Have you tried quitting NED on Mac and NEDi, restarting your iPodTouch and then trying again?

Which tutorial and videos is this affecting?

Thanks

Hi

You could try to reconvert say one tutorial and then see if you are able to sync that tutorial to NEDi V2.

What version iPhone OS are you running?

I'd recommend that you contact our Support team directly for technical help and suggestions:

Exactly the same problem here.
I'll try to reconvert some tutorial.

Another thing : the converted tutorial is about 335 Mo (Pro Tools - Elastic Audio), but when I watch in iTunes, NEDi is taking more than 1,6 Go !

I've deleted NEDi, and will try tomorrow.

I regret NEDi 1...

I've tried all, Nedi 2.0 doesn't work.
First thing: the transfert to iPhone stoped 5 or 6 times. Each time, need to restart NEDi.
At the end, some videos can not be dowloaded :
Pro Tools Elastic Audio : 01, 05, 07, 12, 14, 15, 18, 33 : impossible to dowload.
Reconvert didn't fixed th issue.

I upgraded to the current NED and my iPhone won't see any of my tutorials at all now. Something broke this upgrade.

Hi mhender,

Glad to know it's all working for you now.

Out of interest...

Did you reinstall NED and NEDi?
Did you re-download tutorials to your Mac?
Did you re-download from NED to NEDi?

Thanks!

All except one tutorial works for me during syncing with NEDi2 and I'm personally not experiencing any problems syncing tutorials to NEDi2...

However, our programmers are aware that some users are experiencing some issues and are collecting information to help diagnose the issue.

If you are experiencing an issue and mhender's solution above does not help, please do contact our Support Team and let them know the issue, iPhone OS, Mac OS, tutorials in question and any other relevant details (e.g the steps you are taking).

Thanks & hope everyone is able to enjoy NEDi2 very soon!

How does one redownload from NED to NEDi?

Also, how does one reconvert the tutorials?

Perhaps most importantly, where on the Mac are the converted tutorials stored??

Hi,

In NEDi choose 'Syncing', select a title e.g. Logic 101 Core Logic.

Tap on 'Edit' and now you can delete /sync individual videos here.

(You must have NED 3.2.2 on your Mac open and be sharing the same Wi-Fi network of course to re-sync tuts.

You shouldn't need to re-convert videos... once this has been done in NED 3.2.2 then the NEDi converted tuts are stored within the tutorial video file.
e.g. the Core Logic 101 converted tutorial is stored within Core Logic 101 that plays back in NED 3.2.2 on your Mac.

Thanks
Rounik

This is a bug. I am not surprised that others are experiencing the same thing. I just hoped that there was a better fix than yanking it all out and putting it all back and reconverting everything.
