Looks like they haven't fixed it yet. I have the same problem. I've tried all of the suggestions and nothing works. There is obviously a problem. I guess I'll keep checking back here from time to time to see if the boys at MacPro have an update that fixes the problem. Until then, I'm not even going to waste my time on nedi 2.

OK.. misspoke... It started transferring video but at random intervals and would stop for no reason apparent to me. I have given up and removed Nedi from the iPhone and deleted my conversions on the Mac. I'll wait until an update comes along that seems to work for all.

For MacProVideo, is there a way syncing users could access what they already own by streaming? Maybe pay a small fee since they already paid for the download version? Then wouldn't have to go through the conversion upload hassle.

Hope they can fix this problem. I really do enjoy the videos and get a lot out of them . It just would be nice for them to work on my Ipod touch.

I keep having to reconvert videos and still, I get to a point where there are 4 or 5 missing. Why not be able to transfer over the ipod cable?

Why not covert them at the macprovideo.com site and have us download them directly? I cannot believe that this application works for you guys at the company. I have had difficulty on a Mac Pro and a MBP. I cannot get the tutorials onto my phone.

I am frustrated. Every forum entry reads... Please contact support. Come on guys... there is a bigger problem here with your NED and NEDi for iPhone.

Last version I had was working great. I'm always on a bus/train and Nedi was there with me all the way.
Then I just had to upgrade....OUCH!!!
Well you know what happened.

Any chance you can make the last version available again?

Hi

Thank you for your patience with the issue. Our Programmers are working on a fix.

To clarify, I do ask everyone with technical issues to contact Support as this is the best way to fix some issues for which I cannot, or which need a lot of specific information that means you would be better served by our 1-2-1 free Support Service.

Additionally, there are times when an issue is discovered and I can't reproduce it on my Mac/iPhone. In which case the best way to get information about this issue to our programmers and/or Support Technicians is by contacting them directly. This in turn can lead to a faster solution for all.

Of course, if I or anyone else know the answer or have a quick solution, rest assured, I'd like nothing more than to be able to share it with you via these forums.

Thanks again :)

Rounik

Here is an interesting tip/observation. I have two Macs, a 2Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo 2GB 667Mhz DDR2 SDRAM Macbook and a 2.8Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo 4GB 667Mhz DDR2 SDRAM iMac. They are both hooked into the same wifi network. The Macbook generates the problem addressed in this thread. The iMac, however, works like a charm.

Hi

Thanks for the feedback... what versions of OSX are both machines running? Are they using different versions of Quicktime?

Thanks

Both machines have Snow Leopard (10.6.2). However, there does appear to be a slight difference in Quicktime. The iMac has version "10.0 (51)" whereas the Macbook has "10.0 (90.3.1)".

personally i think its a joke. you guys need to come out and say there's a problem and give us a time frame for when it'll be fixed. i wasted too much time trying to work around the problems, and now i cant even do what i was able to do with N.E.D 1....
