Well, it seems that the nedihelper is part of the new V3 N.E.D. app, and I needed to uncheck it's use in the preferences. That is why I couldn't find it anywhere in my system..

I disabled it there (after I lost the mix session I was going to work on).

Now I'd like to:

1) Use the tutorials I bought in my iphone

2) Sync my tutorials to my iphone

3) Convert my tutorials for my iphone.

I am very disappointed by this issue. I would like to know how this could have happened, and I can't imagine my computer is the only one it happened on.

I hope I get a way to talk to someone in person about this, to resolve what happened.

George

Hello George,

I'm really sorry to see you are still having problems with NEDi. I don't understand why

Did you contact our Support Team?
http://www.macprovideo.com/support/

They respond via the Email Support system but do get in touch with them and they may be able to find a solution.

I've just seen your other thread... Please do try and post about the same issue in one thread so we can follow the issue and do our best to help...

I'm going to forward this on to our Support Team - as it is an issue I have not come across before (NEDi helper taking up all resources).

Were you attempting to convert all your downloaded tutorials in NED 3.2.2 at the same time? Perhaps this caused the initial issue.

Thanks for your patience and please do write directly to Support if you haven't done so... It might be quicker for you to copy the links for the threads you have created and post them in the message to Support. Regardless I will also contact Support on your behalf.

Thanks again,

Rounik

Hi George,

Wanted to revisit your thread and find out if you were able to find a solution with our Support team?

Is NEDi and NED 3.2.2 working ok for you now?

If you did contact Support and the troubleshooting is ongoing could you provide a link for them back to this thread?

Thanks again for your patience!

Kind regards
Rounik

Hi, I haven't been able to get back to this issue since it happened, and I'm very reluctant to have my computer, that is working fine again, do that behavior again. I requested a phone number when I filed a report, and wasn't sent one. Frankly, I'd rather not try and work this out without someone who knows how this works on the other end of a phone line..

I might get to looking at it in the next day or 2, for now, I am not going to go near NED or NEDI...

And that sucks.

George
