Hi,

Please see my recent post....

Safari keeps booting and says it's looking for movies - even while I'm typing this post! This is what it says -

"Safari can’t find the server.
Safari can’t open the page “http://17.mov/” because it can’t find the server “17.mov”."

Bug?

Hi Les,

Can you provide our Support Team with a full list of details relating to your System, OSX version, etc etc...

http://www.macprovideo.com/support/

Does this happen if you use Firefox?

Thanks
Rounik

That is really strange ... Safari has nothing to do with NEDi, so I'm not really sure what's happening there ... we'll look into it!

Please stay tuned to this thread as our programmers will probably have some questions for you ... :)

This is an issue with some of our older tutorials. The videos contain internal hyperlinks which the get opened by quicktime during the conversion process.

Hopefully we can find a fix soon :D

Ahhh ... I get it now ... that's right, we used to have a sprit in the videos that popped the next video open when finished ... once upon a time. NED ignores those links ... :)

Nice catch! We'll look into it ... can you tell me specifically what video you're converting?

Hi Martin,

The video I was converting was your "Science Of FCP" which I guess is quite old now.

Kind Regards

Les
