It worked for a while

This is related to other posts below. Here's what's happened to me. Everything worked fine for a while. 4 movies managed to convert and play on my iPhone. I had to use the phone and stopped the sync and now my ipHone doesn't show up in the Devices column.

I see an icon for a phone and it briefly flashes "getting device name" but then it never does.

I have tried turning the phone on and off, restarting both the Ned and NedI apps and I am on a wireless network.

Essentially it worked for awhile but now I can't make it work again.

Any suggestions? Anybody else have this?

I am having the same problem. However, I am trying this using WiFi at a hotel. Perhaps it will work better from home network.
