Help!! I have just installed NEDi and have installed some of my Logic tutorials. The computer says it is converting them, the progress bar moves, then it send them to my iphone, the names in Red turn Black as they load but when I try to play them Nedi gives me a dialogue box "This Movie Format is not Supported" What am I doing wrong? The Nedi tutorial plays OK on the iphone but the converted ones dont. Thanks in advance, Jim

I have the same problem as well. It also tries to go to http://mov1.com (or whichever one it is converting) when it thinks it is done....

Got the same problem here. Let N.E.D grind away for a couple of hours transferring tutorials to my iPhone but when it finished I got the "movie format not supported" message on all of them.

This is the case for me, too. This was my first time using it as well. I had just upgraded to NED 3.1.1 prior to converting videos.

Looking forward to using it. Thanks to MPV for creating it! I'm sure it will get worked out.

Hi,

I'm sorry you're experiencing these teething issues & thanks for being so patient & understanding!

We're working on getting all bugs out of our system :)

You might like to try deleting NED from your applications folder and trying NED 3.1
which I believe is still available on this page:
http://www.macprovideo.com/meetned/

Thanks again :)

Hi,
I am having the same problem now but before it was not so, until NED prompted me for an update which
i did and just after the update i lost my initial tutorials i downloaded from NED to iphone. So i started the download all over again from the scratch,
and now NEDI will just prompt me for THIS MOVIE IS NOT SUPPORTED. I deleted NEDI from my iphone
and installed it again but the problem still the same.
Please help us,
thanks,
sam.

Hi DJ A-Myth,
what exactly did you try again? The entire sync process? Did you sync over the videos that were already on your iphone that would not play?

I have resynced. It has worked after trashing NED and downloading the older one, but the episodes that i had already attempted are still no good. How do i redownload the episodes that say "not supported" - when most of a movie is working?

Now some of them sync, but when you want to sync an extra movie - what do you do?

I unticked the ones that were already synced, and ticked the ones i wanted to convert. The others disappeared.

So i re-ticked all that i wanted and they are starting all over again, even though the first set had already been done.

It seems to be REALLY difficult to get things to work - what's the best way of syncing tutorial 2 and 3 if you have already synced tutorial 1?

Best

We should have a new version of NED on the server very soon. Version 3.1.2 will fix the Unrecognised Video problem that a lot of you were having.
