What happened to the synching with the iPhone? Why do I have to download twice, once to my Mac and then to my iPhone? What a waste! Considering that your online tute shows quite clearly that you can sync downloaded tutes to your iPhone.

I think I have just noticed that it is downloading from my Mac. Is this right?

Hi studio673

Welcome to the forums :)

We recently released new versions of NEDi (for iPhone) and NED for Mac. To enable the best possible solution for all downloading directly from our servers to the iPhone was enabled. This saves every user a ton of time converting every individual video for each tutorial on the Mac to iPhone format... For some users this could take a long time and then each video would need to be synced from the Mac to the iPhone.

This way, you can save disc space on your Mac and time to convert videos into NEDi format.

I hope that helps to answer your question?

You don't NEED to download to your Mac if you don't wish to. Just launch NEDi on your iPhone and select the tutorial you wish to download and it will begin downloading.

Thanks
Rounik

Sure that makes sense. But you will need to update your information on the web site. It is confusing.

cheers

The download to my iPhone did not download the last 2 videos - one of which is the reason I bought the tutorial.
AND there is no way to activate the download.
Could someone look into this asap as I would like to download what I paid for asap.
