Downloading to iPod Touch

Hi All,

How do I download the tutorial I purchased? It shows on the download list and when I select it, a red check-mark is set... and nothing happens. What am I supposed to do next?

Did you purchase an individual iPhone only tutorial or a download tutorial on your Mac/PC and wish to view it on your iPhone?

Which tutorial did you purchase?

What version of iPhone OS are you using?

Did you click the 'Download' button in NEDi for iPhone?

Please include answers to the above when contacting support as this will help to diagnose a solution for you quicker.
