New final cut pro x tutorials won't stream

Hi,
I've been trying to stream the new Final Cut Pro X tutorials on my iPhone but nothing loads. Older tutorials work as expected but I just get a black screen with play controls etc. Video never loads? Doesn't matter how long I wait so I don't think its a network issue and older tutorials load up almost instantly.
Any help is apprecriated.

Thanks.

I guess I'm not alone. Tonight I successfully was able to load the first fcp x introduction video but that is all. I can load all older vids through the app except for the new tuts for fcp x?

Ditto. Can't get FCPX vids to start. Other vids work.

Also on 3GS in 4.3.5.

I have not been able to stream latest videos either whether for Logic or other subjects. Older videos work fine. Blank screen on newer videos; videos do not autostart nor start "manually".

Hi dBoy and redwig,

Thanks for letting us know. I, personally, have used NEDi and NED.pad to stream the Motion 5 and Final Cut Pro X tutorials recently on an iPhone 4 (latest iOS) and iPad 1.

Please do drop a message to our Support team who'll be able to find out exactly what iPhone/iPod Touch you're using and the iOS version and check the particular videos too. They'll do their best to work directly with you and find the problem.

Thanks

I've had the same problem. It happens to me when I try to stream over 3g, and it's not every Final Cut Pro X video, only some of them...but enough don't stream that it's pretty annoying!
I've got an iPhone 4 running the latest OS (iOS 4.something!)

Same problem here. FCPX and many other titles not streaming in iPhone 4 4.3.5. Restarted phone, reinstalled NED, still the same.

Big problem it seems.

hmmm... I've sent this on to our Support team and iOS programmers... Not sure what the issue is.

Please can I ask all of you to test again and see if you're able to playback any of the audio tuts like Logic 101 for example and if the FCP X tuts still do not stream on NEDi for iPhone please contact our Support team:
http://www.macprovideo.com/support/

We'll be able to help you in detail regarding any specific technical issues more easily that way.

Thanks !

Ableton Live 101

Tried first five videos and all played.

Ableton Live 102

None of the first ones I tried worked.

Logic 101

Tried random ones and all played.

FCP X

iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.5, latest NED.

None play.

Hope this helps.

Apparently this issue has been reported before. Care to give us an ETA as to when it might be resolved? If it's going to be a while I'll cancel my subscription as I spend a fair amount of time watching these in transit.
