I can't download to my iphone

Hi, I can't download to my iphone, for any tutorial that I have in my account when I download them appears and empty files with 0 Kb. I have bougth the HD versions of the tutorials. Help please. I have the latest versions of both OS iphone and NED.

I replaced the iphone 4 for the new iphone 4s and I have downloaded the videos without any problem, maybe my app N.E.D.i had a problem. Cheers
