I've downloaded a few of my vids to my iPad, but it seems that I can't login and view them unless I'm connected to a wifi spot.
Is this going to be changed in the future? If i've downloaded my tutorials shouldn't I be able to watch them anywhere? Or maybe I'm missing something...

Hi

I would advise you to log-in to NED for iPad when you're connected via Wi-Fi. When you're done using NED DON'T log-out. There is no need.

Then when you launch NED in the future (whether connected to Wi-Fi or not) you will still be logged in to NED and able to access all your downloaded tutorials.

Hope this helps

OK Rounik what now.

How do I get Ned running on my iPad.
Just tell me what needs to be done.
The time difference is killing me.
I have had my iPad for three days now and I am still no close to watching my Tutorials. It seem to take 24 hours for you to respond. Every time you respond you still don't tell me how I can fix the problem.

Hi Mick,

Sorry - not much I can do about the time difference... :)

Do you have a 3G iPad or Wi-Fi only?
If

Do you have no access to Wi-Fi anywhere?

To clarify, are you able to log in to NED for iPad at all?

Are you running the latest version of iOS on your iPad?

I'm sorry, but I do need to find out more info to get a clearer picture of what your situation is... I'm unclear because you mention you have already downloaded tutorials using NED for iPad so you must have had access over wi-fi/3G, but now you don't... and for some reason you are not logged in to NED for iPad? Is this correct?

Thanks
Rounik

Thanks for hijacking my thread Mick.

Rounick, I haven't logged out of NED. Each time I relaunch it asks me to log back in.

Hi N.E.D. for iPad,

Excuse the late reply and the confusion earlier in the thread!

Not sure I can give any further advice on this from the forums... Can you contact us via Support:

We'll need to look in to why this happening for you.

Please include as many details on your iPad and iOS version as possible.

Thanks
Rounik
