Streaming problems

Hi, first NED for iPad is a great App, the most funny way to learn. A entire school in our hand.
Well, but in streamming mode, i have problems in lots of videos: Some dont start, other start just with Sound no Image.
In my desktop Computer on the browser version the same Videos plays well.
Can you help me?

Welcome to the forums!

Try deleting the NED for iPad app from your iPad and from iTunes. Then re-download NED for iPad from the iTunes App Store.

Does this help?

If not, try restarting your iPad by holding down the Power button... I'd recommend contacting our Support team directly for more technical enquiries here:

There is definitely a problem with streaming on the iPad. I'm having the same problems as the first poster. Essentially, about every 3rd or so videos will not have video. Just audio. There is one video that is consistently not having video for me. Perhaps you can test? It is Native Instruments Core NI KORE video 17 - Making a Multisound.

I have had similar problems with videos and no audio, or just no video period.

When are you guys going to figure out that it is the app, not the user? There is nothing to installing the app on an iPad. There is nothing to configure on the device...

Sorry to hear you're still experiencing problems while streaming with NED for iPad.

We're not pointing the finger at you as a user ;-)
... but the app streams well here and for other users, so we'd need to find a solution... there are often a number of possible reasons why an application (on any device) might not be working as intended, so please do follow this up with our Support team - as there's nothing I can do here for you via the forums...

btw, we're constantly working on new versions and updates for our apps and tutorials.
