Downloaded NED for iPad - but can't use it

I am a busy musician using both an iMac27, MacBookPro, iPhone and now a new iPad. I recently upgraded my two Mac's, and yesterday I installed the NED for iPad on the iPad - only to get the not so friendly message: "Your account has exceeded the maximum number of registered devides.".

I sent a support request for this yesterday, hoping to get access on the iPad as well. I haven't discovered any settings for deauthorizing a device (= my previous Mac's with hard drives I erased NED on).

I am not subscribing on the streaming service (want to use the tutorials even if there is no network available), so I am dependent on downloading my tutorials.
