first time on ipad locked problem

Hi there. had NED for years on my laptop and works great . Just bought an ipad and got NED on there. i have donwloaded some of the tutorials i have previously purchased fine, they are there but when i try to play one it says "NED could not play as it is locked, please unlock in account manager"

I don't know wht its doing this and i can't seem to find an account manager on there.

If i click account & download at the top legt it only has 2 fields, name which has my email as logged in and then "stream sub level" which says "Unsubscribed"

Can anybody help please ?

Same problem. Nothing in the support FAQs about the iPad NED, much less an account manager.
