Hey everyone!

I'm a pro member and use the streaming feature all the time.
Is there any way to keep track of tutorials already viewed, or to bookmark your location in a current tutorial?

Thanks

Hi Jason,

Sure. In NEDweb after you log-in you can click on the "Last Played" tab in the left side of NEDweb. This will show you a list of your last watched videos.

I also like the "Favorites" tab... which displays your chosen videos. for example, in the left column if NEDweb, if you click on a video name you'll begin playback of that video.

However, if you click the mouse on the faded star icon next to each title (when you mouse over it)... you'll be able to mark/unmark that video as a favorite.

Click on the Favorites tab to view your marked favorite videos.

Hope that helps

Is this feature available in NED for iPad? I watch nearly all my tutorials on iPad.

Hi Jason

The Favorites and last played feature is not in NED for iPad. But it's a great suggestion!

I'm going to move this thread to the NED for iPad subforum:
http://www.macprovideo.com/forum/ned/nedpad

And if you have any suggestions we'd love to hear them!

Thanks

+1 to this idea

there is only one change/improvement I'd like to see on N.E.D. on the iPad/iPhone and that is for it to start up at the point I left off last time.

Great app. Great tutorials.

Thanks,
Norman

Only one more change request for iPad/iPhone use : add the button to rewind 30 seconds.

Often I see something and want to see a detail again. Big fingers can result in scrolling back 5 minutes instead of the few seconds wanted.

Thanks

Each of the suggestions is this thread would make great improvements to NED. My iPad has become my main tool for viewing just about everything - especially learning stuff.
