Hi Gents

My videos on iPad have started showing in random instead of one after each other like if I watched Video 1 instead of going to video2 it jumps to video 6 or 5 etch

so every time I have to close the video go to the menu and start the one next up manually

It is happing on all videos titles

Can someone help us out please?

Cheers Felix

Hi Felix1971,

Unfortunately I don't have an iPad with me right now to test. Has anyone else got any suggestions?

Maybe try reinstall the NED Player for the iPad and see if that works?

Hi Gary

yes I already done that also deleted all the videos and re-downloaded them fresh after I re-installed iPad NED

Still the same

I thought that maybe there is a setting that I am missing because before they use to show one after the other

I also have the problem and reported it in a support request today.

This is really annoying. I had to restart the player (leave the training video and reselect it and the next chapter) approx 50 times to walk through a tutorial in the right sequence. Really annoying.

Note that this is with downloaded purchased content. Not a streaming subscription.

I take the classes when I am on the move without Internet such as on airplanes.

I'll do some testing and try to replicate it.

Felix, which titles are you watching?

Is streaming ok?

It is just the downloaded videos?

Thanks.

I have an iPad 1 on the latest iOS 5. I use the latest NED for iPad.

I deleted the whole app together with all the content and then downloaded a tutorial again (I'm not a subscriber, I buy all my tutorials). Same issue, instead of going to the next video after one is over, it just jumps randomly to other videos of this series.

This happened to me not to only one series. Currently I try finishing "The Art of Audio Recording - Introduction to Recording". But I also had this with "Logic 404 - Mixing Electronica", for example.

Hi Sky

Thanks for your reply

My iPod 1 is 64G and its manly used for macpro videos and mail, there is some other apps on it but no music and movies etc.

Streamed videos are working fine

Downloaded videos are mixing up even so I deleted the NED app & videos and re installed the essential ones

I have several video titles on my iPad. At present I am watching Pro Tools mixer with same scenario.

Thanks for your interest in helping us

Regards
Felix

Thanks guys.

I've confirmed the issue.

The problem is we've submitted an update to NEDpad and NEDi back in October that is still in review with Apple. Almost 2 months pending and no word from Apple so we are basically stuck until this update is either approved or denied.

I'm really sorry but there isn't much we can do right now.

If I get any status updates, I'll respond to this thread.
