How much longer until streaming is fixed?

It's a letdown to have these tutorials and having it stop streaming midway through almost every one. This has become an expensive problem as I have downloaded videos to deal with it. I downloaded one tutorial but t also requires Ned. So 15 dollars in the garbage. I received no answer from tech support regarding this. Hoping someone is listening here. I've spent 140 on Ned stuff. And the only stuff that works properly are videos downloaded from iPad app store. Very disappointing for such quality videos. Please fix soon. And please refund my last app purchase which was another streaming.

Sorry to hear you've had these issues. I believe we have a new version NED for iPad awaiting approval by Apple which will fix some of these issues.

We're definitely listening though... I'm surprised you haven't heard back from our Support team - though this week has been a public holiday... all our team will be back again next week and if you've submitted a ticket to them, they will get back to you asap.

A few questions in the meantime...

When did you contact our Support team?
Which tutorials are you unable to stream?
iPad 1 or iPad 2 and which version of iOS?
