new NED for iPad and devices exceeded

Glad to see that NED iPad was finally accepted. That being said all of my downloads are gone and apparently I have exceeded the maximum number of devices. Not sure where I manage my list of devices and why this would be different from yesterday when it was working on this device.

Exactly the same here! I've emailed support but so far the silence is deafening! What is the maximum number of devices and how do you de-authorise a device?

Looks like the problem was solved by support last night. Unfortunately it de-authorized all of my downloads on my studio Mac.

Finally had a free weekend to watch a few tutorials and I'm locked out of my account. If the software is counting activations then there should be a way of managing my computers from within the application like itunes or adobe.

C'mon guys, we need feedback on this issue. This is too frustrating. I've just bought 3 tutorials that I can't watch on my iPad 2. I won't be buying anymore until u have this mess sorted out :(

Sorry to hear this. However, I'm not sure what the issue is you're experiencing with the MPV app for iPad... or what it may be caused by. Have you contacted our Support team with more detailed info to let them know?
