This IPad App "SUCKS" and is not working without a Internet connection.

Why did I pay for all these videos?
Why did your company design this app that doesn't work?
I'm traveling with my iPad as I always do and can't view any of these videos I downloaded to my iPad. Again why did I pay for these videos if I can't watch them whenever I want to with or without a internet connection? That should be for streaming only not videos you download. Who do you have programming this app for you? I hope your company didn't pay them for excuse me this BS. Something needs to be done with this like yesterday. This is not fair and this is not how you treat your loyal customers. I'm to the point that I want to take legal action against Mac Pro Video. You are putting out product that clearly doesn't work right and charging people for this. All your videos should be for free if this is how your company puts out there product. It's obvious MacProVideo has no quality assurance or the quality assurance there are 10 giraffe's? What's going on with MacProVideo? Really? I'm so frustrated I will never by or recommend anyone to you again if this isn't resolved quickly.

I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now I get a message saying I have exceeded the maximum of registered devices. This is ridiculous..

I find it hard to believe the entire company doesn't know this iPad app SUCKS!!!
As with the iPhone and iPod touch version.
Why did I pay to download all these videos I now own? When I could of just stream videos, since I need a Internet connection to view them anyway.

I'm going to say this again. You have the app working correctly on the Mac. So why can't you get it work the same on the iPad? I now see why there is no phone number to call and complain about this so called service your company provides.

Hi Gents at MacProVideo.com

I am not writing this to point any fingers but the iPad NED App is basically getting into a useless point

In my opinion I guess that it’s better to switch back to older versions of NED as it was more usable for us customers

I am not sure if the App is being tested for several hours before been released to us for update

I hope that MacProVideo.com don’t get massive and forget about providing a quality service to there customers as this iPad NED issue has been going on for months now. I understand that any update has to be approved by Apple but at least when the App will be updated it should work nicely and peacefully as time is limited for everyone now days and what is happing is that you will get some spare time and try watching a video BUT you end up struggling playing around NED crashing

I updated NED last night 30-1-2012 and the next day morning I tried to watch a video but I found half of the videos are highlighted in RED again. That means they have to be downloaded again

Some serious issues on the latest Apps are

1)    We shouldn’t have to log in to watch our purchased videos. That is nonsense as we paid for these videos and we should be able to watch them every ware. That is the point of having an iPad. Mr Jobs said that during his time here
2)    When you touch a video to watch and try to go back again to the Library. The App is not going back and stays on the menu of that particular video you where watching. You try to go on Account and Download and the App will crash straight away. Then back to square one if you try again
3)    The App to find Videos is taking ages and my iPad storage is 64G and less then half full. Also sometimes the system Crash as well

These where some few highlights and I feel that actions should be taken immediately to sort out these issues or let the clients watch there purchased videos using iTunes as it’s a more stable system. With all respect to programmers

MacProVideo.com makes high level of tuition but with these iPad NED issues, I hope that you guys will not start loosing credits from loyal customers

Please consider to take actions day and night to sort out this matter ones and for all or remove the App from service

Cheers

Not quite so graphic in my displeasure, but have to agree. I bought the downloads because my internet connection will not provide consistent streaming bandwidth. I specifically bought them because it said it works with the ipad. The downloads did not complete and now there is no option in NED to attempt to re-initiate the download. Support only responded that they were working on it, with no timeline for resolution or timeline for an update. Very unprofessional and disappointing when the Ipad NED is advertised as working right alongside the other versions.

Hopefully some info on the resolution will be forthcoming QUICKLY.
