We are sorry for the delays. We have been reviewing possible solutions this week and will be implementing a fix over the weekend.

I will touch base on Monday with an update for everyone.

Thanks.

I'm waiting for a fix too Skye. Seems like every time I get up to a video I'm excited about I get the Quicktime question mark. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.

I was able to watch all the tutorials I wanted to see , But it involved multiple retries , log-in's reboots , clearing caches etc.

Thanks Cliff, you're right. I am able to slog through most of them with some work.

lol. maybe "touching base" is a subconscious thing. It may have already happened to you.

Same problem on Mac OS 10.5.8. Tried both Safari and Firefox with same result.

I cannot watch any at all. Tried watching some that I watched just a few days ago and now they won't work...

I have tried this on three different machines and even looked at the source code of the page.

This error had NOTHING to do with the end user but has EVERYTHING to do with the server and source of the footage from MacProVideo.

Someone needs to check with their hosting company and fix the problem at that end.

I signed up last week and I needed to watch this for training for a project tomorrow. If this is not fixed by this afternoon, I'm just going to call the credit card company and freeze the charges since I was sold something that is not being provided.

Thanks to everyone for your patience.

Our Support and Tech guys have been working hard on this... and we have implemented a series of solutions so all tutorials should now playback for all users in NEDweb.

If you experience any issues do let us know!

Thanks again

The Jordan Rudess master class tutorial still does not play for me. Other tutorials play fine. Windows 7, 32-bit, Internet Explorer 8.

Perhaps no one watches this tutorial much, so the problem is not reported?

Hi Kent,

We're aware of it and working on this title - should be ready to watch really soon.

Thanks for letting us know.
