Rounik,

Thanks for the reply. Do you know if this tutorial plays back on any platform? I'd really like to view it right away, and I have other computers available with various browsers and operating systems.

Thanks.

Kent

Hi Kent,

Yes, it works fine on Mac OS 10.6 Safari/Firefox in NEDweb and of course as a download for Mac and PC.

I don't have a PC to try this out on here at home, so I couldn't say for certain whether it runs ok in Vista or XP right now... but it is possible. It really shouldn't be a long wait for this particular tutorial to be completely fixed. I've sent a message to some colleagues about this.

Hope that helps & sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Thanks
Rounik

Sorry to bump an old thread but I'm having the same problem.

I have just purchased a months pro subscription and halfway through the logic es2 tutorials the video stopped and displayed the quicktime question mark and all other videos wont play.

I am using the latest versions of safari and quicktime.

Hi,

I contacted support but haven't had a response yet, however the tutorials are playing fine now.

It's strange as on any given tutorial i could only watch about 5 or 6 sections before the problem would occur but yeah it's sorted now.

Thanks for the reply

Hi yuil,

Hmmm... sounds odd... May have been a local issue with your ISP? Difficult to say.

Our Support Team reply within 24 hours (working week - not including weekends)... which is why you've not received a reply yet. They may well be aware of your post here and that the issue is resolved now... but do let them know in the future if it happens again.

Best
Rounik
