Hi!

I just read the thread from June, about people having trouble in N.E.D.web 1.6. I'm getting the same upside down question mark and the tutorials won't play.

I'm on a Mac, Snow Leopard 10.6.4. Any suggestions for getting this to work.

Thanks!

Al the best,

Barbara

Hi Barbara,

What Browser are you using? Firefox, Chrome, Safari? Also do you have the latest version of Quicktime installed?

I'd suggest restarting your Mac first off to see if this helps and then in your browser deleting the cache.

I'm testing it here and it runs fine...

Let me know how you get on...

You can also drop a message to our Support team who will be able to help you in more depth on technical issues like this:

Yeah, the notorius question mark is back.

Now playing with Vista 32bit and Ned web.

Oh yeah, and I tried to play the Cubase core 101 and Mastering with Cubase tutorials.

Edit: It seemed to have been a Google Chrome related issue. On Firefox everything works just fine.

Hi Rationalizer,

Thanks for the heads-up... we're looking into the Chrome issue.

:)

Works fine for me on Vista in Chrome. QT 7.6.6. Running the QT 7.6.7 update now and will test again.

Everything was fine on Vista with QT 7.6.7 as well. Was it a particular tutorial or all of them?

Hi Skye,

It was the "Mastering with Cubase" -tutorial, but it works fine now for me too. Don't know if it was just one of those weird glitches you get now and then when working with computers.

Cheers!
