There is a couple strange Windows 7 issues that we are looking into right now. We are hoping to have some fixes in place tomorrow.

I'm having the exact same problem with my work computer. When I saw the deal on subscription I thought it would be nice to sign up and watch tutorials at work during lunch.

Win 7 Professional 32bit
Intel Q6600
4.00 GB (3.25 GB usable)
Latest patches and updates.

Regular NED works and so does Quicktime.

Can you tell me if the Reason 4 101 tutorial will play?

It looks like we've found the problem. It's a Quicktime issue related to Windows 7 only. We are currently testing a couple solutions right now.

I'm having the same problem intermittently.

I've just signed up for the intro offer.

I will get some video's playing but others not . They come up with the Quicktime and a ? mark in the middle . One lesson started playing after a while but this hasn't happened when I've left others for a while. Seems to be more of an issue with longer Lessons. Lesson 12 on Trilian is doing it consistently for me

I'm still on Windows XP . Using the web Ned.

I've upgraded to latest NET.

Further info

I've tried XP with Internet explored , Firefox and Safari , latest versions.

In the Trilian Core , the video's that still freeze are 12 & 38. Both long ones

Have also tried on a new Mac in Safari with latest versions of OS , Safari and Quicktime.

We are sorry for the delays. We have been reviewing possible solutions this week and will be implementing a fix over the weekend.

I will touch base on Monday with an update for everyone.

Thanks.

I'm waiting for a fix too Skye. Seems like every time I get up to a video I'm excited about I get the Quicktime question mark. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit.

I was able to watch all the tutorials I wanted to see , But it involved multiple retries , log-in's reboots , clearing caches etc.
