Ultra Slow Downloads for the last few days (2-9-11)

Ive been having very slow streaming for the last few days. I've tried at my home and office using different computers and different browsers. All of my other internet usage is fine as normal. Is this a known issue that MacProVideo is having? Please help since it takes about 10 minutes to watch a 1 minute video.

Update to this post: It seems that most videos will load good enough (with a pause here and there). The ones that have a consistent slow problem are the Art of Audio videos. Specifically, I'm trying to watch video 5 on the Recording Guitar series. It have been loading for about 5 min and has not started playing yet.

The stream speed has been great for me in NEDweb and in NEDi for iPhone and iPad.

I have seen the same slowness or complete lack of streaming, both from home or my work.

You guys seem to be in denial. The service has deteriorate over the past few days. It gets slower and slower. stuff that used to load quickly loads painfully slowly or not at all. I tried three platforms: iPad, Safari and Chrome on a PC. All the same issues. Please stop the denial and find and fix the issue.

yea i just signed up couple days ago the first day it was fine but now i can hardly watch a freakin video i thought it was my brand new mac but now im beginning to think its ur website N.e.d suks rly bad sorry to tell u to much crap is loading in n.e.d. and i keep getting the quicktime question mark problem as well. please fix the issues asap or i wont be subscribing to this site anymore

Also, which videos are you having trouble watching? All of them or some from a particular tutorial?

I've just this minute started NEDweb and clicked on Final Cut 101 and clicked on a video. It started playback immediately... barely had to wait 4 seconds. Tried it with the Remixing in Ableton Live title and same success.

Bear in mind I'm simultaneously downloading a large collection of files and I'm using my home broadband service in the UK. The connection here is fine - which means that the MPV servers are firing on all cylinders just fine too...

There must be an explanation for this... and I of course appreciate your frustration... but please wait until our Support team are back on Monday so that can help diagnose exactly what is going on and why.

thnx for getting back to me. im watching the logic studio video's in particular. i browsed through a lot of different tutorials ended up with the same issue. all other sites seem to be working fine ,i can watch youtube videos no problem and also VTC.com Logic video with quick time with no problem, so i either am getting a super slow download or most of the time getting the quicktime logo with and without the question mark ,and i did empty my cache which still didnt help . any suggestions

No probs. This is odd. There may be an issue with one of your local main servers... But I couldn't say and would advise you to wait until our Support Team have investigated and replied to your Support ticket.

I'm testing it out here this morning and NEDweb is working great... Sorry I can't help you directly - but best to continue this discussion with our Support team.

These excuses are not going to help. I think every one should ask for a refund before noting seems to be working on your website, I am unable to download the tutorials that I have bought, the Ned web just shows the quick time symbol all the time with most of the tutorials. It is just not fine if it plays right for you. I has to play right for us. I have sent a support request but there is no reply for this. I have bought the FCP X and Motion 5 tutorials I also have a mothly subscription with you, noting is working as intended.
Please do something about it, or refund the moneys so we can go else where.

As you can see my last reply to the other user was back in Feb 2011. It was an isolated incident at that time... and seems to be unconncected to what you're experiencing.
