Hi mac user,

Try deleting your cache in Safari... (is that the browser you're using?) and then log-out and log back in to macProVideo.com.

NEDweb is working really well here... Do contact our Support team who will do their best to help you resolve any tech issues:

Thanks

Hi mac user,

Yes, sorry for the typo. I meant "empty cache..."

Has it helped?

Hi I am having same problem here.

Some videos play perfectly fine while some simply won't play no matter how many times I try.

I did empty cache. Then I logout & login.
I also tried "reset Safari" then logout & login.

No. Still having same issue.

Sigh.

This is very frustrating.

I encounter this problem since launch of this service time to time. Lately it seems fine until I started to rewatch some of Logic 104.

Could you give me some advice, please?

Thanks

I also tried to watch those videos from different computer. But no luck so far. Videos 1-5 are okay but none of the videos after 6 will play on both my Mac. Safari, Firefox and Chrome failed to play those videos.

Now I haven't had any problem with TNT3. Why?

Hi Penguin,

It works ok here.

If you find a video displays the Quicktime Question mark icon, try clicking on the video (in the left list) again. It should load up just fine.

If you're still encountering issues please do contact our Support Team:

Hope this helps

Hi Rounik,

Sometimes I get Quicktime with Question mark icons. Sometimes I get plain Quicktime icons without Question mark. In both cases, I can't click the icons. (Nothing happens.) Are these supposed to be clickable?

Strange thing is that I tried to watch the same videos I have problems with (most videos work great. just some of them get Quicktime icons every time!) on my iPad and iPhone using the App. While it takes forever to load on my iPad (after 20 min still playing the first 3 sec.), iPhone via same wifi network plays the same one okay.

Anyway, thank you for trying,
I will contact your Support Team when I get back.

Hi Penguin,

The Quicktime icon is usually displayed if the movie doesn't load in time and/or Quicktime appears to be missing on your system. I'm sure that's not the case for you.

Clicking on the Q or Q? will do nothing. Instead click on the title of the video in the left column - to reload the video.

Our Support team will be able to advise more accurately what action to take with technical issues, so do work with them on this.

Best
Rounik
