help for payment

need help for my payment.
like to order the pro version!
first question: befor i get the pro i need the starter version?
and other. im in germany and when i want to pay with paypal he tells me on the paypal site

"its not possible to convert youre request at the moment"

but i dont know why?

any ideas?

No, you can jump straight into the "Pro" Library Pass without getting the Starter... They both give you access to the same content. The difference is:

Starter:
- You pay $99 US for 3 months access.
- Once the 3 months is over your access expires. You can buy another 'Starter' or other package to continue.

PRO:
- You pay $25 US per month. This saves $8 per month over the 'Starter' package.
- The payment is recurring, so if you decide you want to stop you need to manually cancel.

But the content you can access in Starter and Pro is all the same - and there's A LOT of excellent content!!

ohh yeah thx. than i must look for the in paypal.
maybe i call there and ask what the problem is.
