KeyNote - video loop not exporting correctly

Hi, I'm using a video loop in my presentation. I'm experiencing two issues as I do this: 1. the loop will 'stall' at times throughout the presentation 2: when I export my presentation as video, the video loop will stop looping (left with static image) a few minutes into the presentation.

Are there video keynote settings that I should be aware of? thought...anyone?

What format of video are you using? Also, how long is said video?

the video is about 14 sec. the format is m4v

Try converting it into a H.264 mov file. You can do this in Quicktime X or iMovie...
