Freeze frame problems

I use Cinematize 2 Pro to convert VOB files to Quicktime mov files. When I import them into DVD Studio Pro 3.0.2 and use them as tracks or as chapters in a track a nasty problem occurs. When I burn a DVD and play it as well as I use the simulator, at the end of each track or chapter the last frame freezes for about a second before it jumps to the next track or chapter. Even if I make one large file using Cinematize 2 Pro and add chapter-markers in DVD Studio Pro the same problem occurs.
Does anybody have a clue what the problem is? Is this a Cinematize related problem? Or a DVD Studio Pro problem? Or is it me who is doing something wrong?

I've never used cinematize ... you may want to look at BBDemux for converting VOB files ... it's always worked well for me. (go to versiontracker.com)
