DVD only plays on mac

I burned my DVD studio pro project to a phillips, double layer dvd-r with 8.5 gb because I have 155 minutes of footage. Now my DVD only plays on my mac.

I've tried to play it on 2 other DVD players and on my PC and it won't play.

Are their some preferences I have to adjust to format for other DVD players?
