MPEG 2 from QT not possible??

Hi,

I'm here again asking questions...

Ok on the DVD Studio Pro Tutorial Martin explains how to export to MPEG 2 using Quick Time. I could not find this option on My QT X so I bought QT Pro and installed but this version does not give me the option to export to MPEG 2 neither.
I'm now in the Apple forum and people is saying "QuickTime Player Pro doesn't include any method to create MPEG-2 files. It never did."
Ok now can someone explain to me what I'm missing?

You do it with the conversion patch in Compressor

Compressor could always create MPEG-2 files, there's no patch needed.
