I am currently restoring some old footage, what is the best workflow to follow. Also should I approach each project the same every time and just tweak it or do I approach different projects with totally different flows. Where is the best place to obtain workflow information.

Being a new editor, what is the best training method. I kind of feel that if I pick good training classes, it will save me a lot of time and brain power. I get the feeling that I am missing some fundamentals when I am attacking something complex.

Well, you should use the same basic workflow. I have a HUB article about it coming out soon.

As for training, yes, it's very important. Wohl's video course here on macProVideo is really good. I have one on Media Management which is very popular and has great feedback.
