It's been just over a year that the macProVideo.com Blog first took form. In that time it quickly became a massively popular resource for written software tips and tutorials. Now, we're pleased to announce that we've transformed the Blog into something even better... The Hub!

We’re thrilled to let you in on a well-known secret. The Hub, with over 320 articles published to date, is more than any blog could be - it’s a constantly evolving library - and is only going to grow and improve. We’ve designed the Hub to be your portal for all our written articles. You can be sure that we're aiming to make the Hub the best software education resource on the net for all software tips, tutorials, product reviews and interviews!

The Hub wouldn’t be what it is without excellent content. For that we have to thank our authors for writing stellar, step-by-step tutorials and for sharing their insider, Pro Tips. From Logic to Reason to Photoshop to After Effects to Mac OS to CSS to Pro Tools to Final Cut to iLife to iPad apps... There’s something here for everyone.

You know, there are so many exciting things we have planned for the Hub, I personally can’t wait to tell you about some of them...

How it Works

Here’s a brief run-through of how the Hub can work for you:

  • Content: We are busy round the clock producing quality tips and tutorials for you. All you need to do is visit the Hub to discover what's new.

  • It’s simple: Most articles are designed with a step-by-step approach in mind, so you can follow along from start to finish. All Tips and Tutorials have been categorized by level (Beginner to Advanced) and by estimated time to complete. We really hope this improves your learning experience.

  • Find it: You can find what you’re looking for by filtering the articles by Genre - i.e. Audio | Video | Graphics | Productivity | Web (top of the article list), or by category (in the right-hand column) and you can search articles by keyword in the “Search the Hub” search box.

  • iPhone & iPad friendly: We love the iPhone and iPad, and so does the Hub! Our articles look great and read great on any iOS device, plus you can get hands-on with the article's images, video and audio content.

  • What next: Getting new tips and techniques doesn’t end when you finish reading the article. Ask questions and share ideas in the Comments area. You can continue your learning journey by checking the Related Articles and Related Tutorial-Video suggestions in the right-hand column.

Premium Content

Premium content is available to everyone! Every week we will be publishing at least one Feature Tutorial in the Premium area. You can get instant access to our entire library of Premium Hub articles and project files. All you need to do is log-in (or create a free account). It only takes a second!

Stay in Touch

We want to thank YOU for being a part of the MPV Hub. Without you the Hub wouldn’t exist. We love reading your comments and this Hub is yours - so, tell us what topics you want to learn about.

  • Comment below and tell us how you like your new Hub.

Thank you for being part of the macProVideo.com Hub. We appreciate your continued support and hope you will join us in making the Hub even bigger & even better.

Nice work Rounik, Nicole, jMar, and Skye ... you've done a great job putting The Hub together!

I have just had a look at some of the hub articles for logic - and they really are excellent! with examples and screen shots to make things s i m p l e

- because if you are in the artistic creative flow, the last thing you need is to have to switch to the 'geeky (OK OK read analytical!) side of the brain' to try and figure out why something didn't work, or how to do what you want to do, and by then you have lost the flow of whatever it was you were about to create..

with your new learn at a glance training you really are world leaders in the musical education field - exciting!

Nice work by Martin, Nicole, JMar and Skye! The real heros behind The Hub...

Oh and our authors too! I've certainly been learning lots too from these great articles by our industry pro authors. Best part is, there's even more great content on the way... and watch out for some competitions too.

As The Hub is YOUR area!! Tell us:
- What you topics you want to learn about
- What sounds / video / graphic / web effects you want to learn how to create.
- What products you want to see reviewed
- Anything else that would make your experience of the Hub better!

Thanks!
