I now depend on MacProVideo for tutoring. I just add Mastering iMovie to my Library. I have too many projects at work and a home. The ability to speed up the process of learning an app is great. The way it is layed out it is also a great reference tool.I am buying a new app and a big part of the decision is that MacProVideo has a tutorial for the app.

I really like both tutorials I have bought; Garageband and iMovie. I am learning from both of them. I'd recommend your tutorials to anyone who asked me and will purchase more in the future as I need them.

Very helpful. This was the first tutorial of yours I have used. Once I figured out how to navigate from one section to another, I found it easy to use. Being able to jump from one section to another is a good thing - I'm not too excited about listening to a whole presentation when I may be looking for a certain function or activity. I found the instructor's approach useful - not too basic and not over my head. Great product.

as a teacher myself i appreciate that a pupil cannot take in too much information too quickly. this is where i find Macprovideo is excellent. These tutorials are well paced and set out. i movie is the 5th tutorial i have downloaded. they are all consistently the same high quality, easy to understand lessons.

Very helpfull in learning ins and outs of imovie, but it can be a bit more personal. It's nicer if 'the teacher' looks in the camera once in a while and video-fragment sometimes are displayed bigger or zoomed in. After a while you start loosing attention, so viewing the whole podcast at once is too much. But all in all worth every penny !

Description

iMovie is quickly revolutionizing the way people tell stories. Whether you're editing videos of the kids to send to Grandma, or creating engaging documentaries and short films, you're telling the story of your life, and iMovie is the perfect tool!

Produced by Media Deployment guru Francesco Schiavon, this program provides valuable tips and tricks for capturing, editing, and outputting video using Apple iMovie.

This series of videos uses macProVideo.com's proprietary video display technology, called "NED" (the Nonlinear Educating Device). A dramatic step forward in software education, NED lets you search videos using keywords, present tutorials to audiences in fullscreen mode, and even scale videos on-the-fly so you can follow along with your copy of iMovie while watching the tutorials.

More than just a basic course in video editing, you'll also learn advanced topics such as streaming video into iMovie in realtime, outputing video podcasts with embedded URLs, and round-tripping between iMovie and GarageBand to sweeten your sound.
