I'm using LE8 and i downloaded this learning video unaware that Logic Express 8 does not have sculpture. I emailed the macprovideo team and they sorted out the problem quickly. They gave me the ES2 which is great. Great customer service

A thoroughly engaging series of lessons that will get you up and running with Sculpture in no time! Steve proves to be a fantastic guide while providing some light entertainment on the side. Exactly how a tutorial should be, unassuming, and unbiased. Well worth your time and money.

This is a highly complex and deep synthesizer and without this traing video i can honestly say i wouldn't have gone near it, beyond just the presets. My loss. As ever, Stevie H does a great job in de-mystifying the complex and have found it invaluable in getting my head round this 'Noodle-Scratcher' called Sculpture!

This is a great tutorial. Steve gives a comprehensive overview of Scuplture's capabilities, as well as a couple little tricks he's got hidden up his sleeve. The "Instrument Workshop" sections, where we are guided through the process of creating a Sculpture instrument from start to finish, is especially useful. Steve Rocks!

Makes programming with Sculpture far more understandable. What was once an absolutely baffling interface now seems very approachable. Would recommend for anyone that desires the plethora of sounds Sculpture allows you to create.

Description

If you are a Logic user, but you have not gotten into Sculpture, you're missing a phat instrument. Simply stated, Sculpture sounds amazing! It's a powerful synth, but at first glance it is intimidating!

Thankfully, we have Steve Horelick, a master synthesist, here to show you the way! With his trusty sidekick Igor in tow, Steve strips Sculpture to it's basics before building it back up, step by step, to show you how to synthesize rich and musical timbres that have never been heard before.

Sculpture is certainly a synthesist's dream tool. With a depth of programing that could shame any traditional synthesizer and the ability to save and recall your custom patches at any time, Sculpture will become one of the most important tools in your audio arsenal. Steve shows you how to model wood sounds, bells and metallic hits, smooth strings, and so much more ... if you avoid presets like the plague and insist upon uniqueness in your sounds, this is a must watch tutorial program.

Steve's best-selling tutorials on Sound and Logic's Effects Plugins are a main-stay of our tutorials here at macProVideo.com ... you'll be please to know he brings all of his talents, and also his assistant Igor, to this new tutorial program! In our opinion, this is the best one yet!
