This is a really good tutorial! I had been frustrated trying to use final cut pro's 3 way color corrector to do things that are easy using Color. Michael Wohl is a great instructor. Don't be intimidated by Color. Get this tutorial and be amazed at how good your shots can really look!

This was an interesting journey into the Color application. This has helped immensely in my learning experience. Every time I purchase something from MacProVideo, it never fails to blow me away at how you guys make learning so much fun.

If you are new to apple color, then this will get you up and started within couple of hours. Each room is well covered. Also clear explanation of each of the variable functions. Great product. Although i was very familar with the product before i watched the videos, but still found it very useful. Particular for the new colorist in our company. Looking forward to some advance color videos.

Generally the tutorial was really good.
I did learn lots of useful things.

However, the big shortcoming I feel is that the tutorial contains no information on how to prepare a sequence in Final Cut to be exported to Color.
This is perhaps the most important step in achieving a successful Color project.

This is a serious shortcoming. I am still experimenting to find what is best.

That being said, I woould still recommend this tutorial to anyone hoping to use Color. It is packed with useful stuff.

while getting fairly good results using 3way color in FCP for the sometimes wildly unbalanced DV footage I have to work with,I was keen to explore the possibilities that COLOR offered. My search at the end of last year for an informative/detailed tutorial on COLOR quickly narrowed to just one option, right here at "macprovideo".
I found Michael Wohls tutorial most enjoyable and easy to follow, and look forward to his new tutorial on "Motion 3".
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all at "macprovideo" for providing a great service!

This tutorial is very well made. Color is very sophisticate program which touch very important and difficult part of post production therefore is really hard and not very sensible to learn it without help like this dvd. I really looking forward to see more advanced dvd about this application. Is absolutely must have.

These tutorials were extremeley helpful. I usually know the color results that I want out of my films, but I never know just how to get there. In one day I got my mind completely around this software, and now I'm ready to create.

Pleasing, everyman voice, not an imperious know-it-all. He gives you enough information to feel confident in using the software and yet leaves room for personal exploration.

Pleasant, intense, serious and most of all is that now I've got a deep knowledge of color treatment, and mainly inside Color app.
