Rounik Sethi on Sun, May 24th 0 comments
Sylenth is one of the most popular and used software synths for electronic dance music production, and with good reason. Rishabh Rajan takes us through how to use its arpeggiator in this video.

Expert synthesist, producer and sound designer, Rishabh Rajan, loves Sylenth and explores Sylenth's arpeggiator in this free video from his Sylenth 101: Sylenth - Explored course at AskVideo.

Sylenth is perfect for electronic music producers because it offers a clarity and warmth that makes it sound like its a real analog synth. There's a lot to the arpeggiator in Sylenth. While you can use it at its most simple level, Sylenth1's arpeggiator features 10 different melodic modes, a built-in step sequencer with adjustable pitch, velocity and hold settings and it even outputs Step Velocity as a modulation source. Rishabh shares some useful tips including how to copy and paste arpeggiator modes from one preset to another.
