プレビューでPDF文書を開き、[ ファイルを選択します。


ダイアログの[Save As]ウィンドウで提供されるテキストフ​​ィールドに、パスワードで暗号化のチェックボックスと種類をクリックして、パスワード機能を有効にします。終了したら[保存]をクリックします。

    In 10.8 Mountain Lion, there is no save as, but there's the option to "export" which you would have the option to choose "encrypt"
