Fun stuff! Great spending some time learning the ins and outs of Alchemy with you. The learning curve is very steep, however. I will load you up on my iPad and go through the course a few more times.

Great job on analyzing and assessing all the great perks that come along with the addition of Logic Pro X's newest added attachment to its software program. I feel now prepared to tackle and create new innovative beats towards my work flow.

I've been following David Earl (not literally of course) a.k.a SFLogicNinja for many years and this course really does justice to his teaching skills. Alchemy is a monster, an intimidating synth which could quite easily overwhelm newbies and ultimately send many confused students packing. Enter Mr Earl. He breaks it down piece by piece, then slowly builds it back up again bringing all the knowledge together at the end with a fun sound design lesson. Where I feel many tutorials fail, is the endless literal explanations of what knob A does and what slider B effects, which, although necessary, can been quite boring and ultimately sleep inducing. If your not interested, you ain't gonna learn jack! However, Dave does keep it interesting, and funny, and it feels like your exploring the synth together with him rather than being lectured to. Top job...again!

First foray into Alchemy now that Apple jammed it into the Logic bundle (wow). Always enjoy SFLogic Ninja (or David Earl, whatever...) and his tutorials. Great stuff. Ready to dive in now.

I would say this is a good overview of an amazing new creative tool in Logic. David Earl is obviously enjoying himself as he explains (and plays with) all the various functions of Alchemy. This tutorial definitely has enough info to get you going although it would be really nice to see a more in-depth course showing all the features in greater detail as Alchemy has so much going on it definitely warrants it. Well worth checking this one out, though, if you plan on using Alchemy!!

This is an excellent overview of the major sections of Alchemy, making it much more comprehensible to me than it was previously.
I would love to see more in-depth tutorials of each section of Alchemy, next.
