    TNT2 June and more
Hi Steve, just out of curiosity: when will the June edition of TNT2 come out? And even more important: will there be a TNT3? Would be very nice! And maybe Apple will spit out Logic 8.5 or 9 along with Snow Leopard... So there would be (hopefully) enough new stuff to be covered. I wish you (and all of us) all the best, Claus

Hi Richard, There is a thread below with the solution. Here it is: Can you try resetting NED's preferences since downloading the new update for NED: 1. Make sure NED is closed. 2. Delete all version of NED on your computer (NED 1, 2 and 3). 3. Open a Finder window and go to your user account > Library > Preferences 4. Find the "com.nonlineareducating.NED3.plist" and the "NED_Player.plist" files and delete them. (Don't worry if you don't find the NED_Player.plist files, but it's important to delete if you find it). 5. Download NED 3 again here : http://www.macprovideo.com/meetned/ 6. Start NED 7. Enter your account info when prompted. 8. If you changed the Download Folder location, you'll have to do that again under NED > Preferences. 9. Click on "Downloads & Admin" and press the "Download" button. If you are still not able to download the May edition please do the following: 1. Launch NED and select the TNT2 tutorial in the Library and click on the delete button. 2. Quit NED. You can empty the trash if you like 3. Repeat steps 1, 3 and 4 above. (No need to delete NED!) 4. Open NED 5. Click on Downloads & Admin and make sure TNT2 is enabled in the Tutorial list and click on 'Download' Hope this helps & enjoy the May TNT!!! :) Rounik

The usual TNT schedule is 3rd Friday of the month, so it could be later today! This being the Big Finish for TNT2, I'm fully expecting Steve H to bring in Steve Albini, who he will have spent some spare moments in Chicago converting to Logic, who will do a 37 minute guest spot on how to make Logic sound just like a tape machine, all wow and flutter. And while we're at it, how about Steve Martin for a special tutorial on recording banjo? The possibilities are endless, and that's just for two fellow Steves. :-) Okay, it's official, I have no idea what I'm talking about after that first sentence. And this: I dig TNT, and I'm always excited to see the results.

Hi Glenn, June TNT2 is up and ready to download. I opened NED 3.1.4/3.1.5 and began downloading immediately. Thanks Rounik

Yep, worked correctly on this end too. Wish I didn't hate Rap music. Funny how Steve half turns it into some grungy rock song, though. Adieu, Steve and Igor, Bis bald, Glenn
