Apple Support & Tutorials
This is a post I regret to list here - but am not sure where else to ask. Recently, while traveling overseas, I had my Mac G4 stolen with Logic pro 7 and dongle included...also Live 6, and several of the Mac pro video Tutorials that were not backed up on my laptop in the US. ( I do have the installation disc for logic. ) I don't know how, or if, or when, I will be able to replace all of the expense of new computer, etc, etc...but I am writing to ask: 1) can someone give me the best and most direct contact for Apple to find out if there is any chance to get a new dongle or some replacement for Logic pro 7 without having to spend the 1000$ all over again, even when I have the original disks. Unfortunately the book with my serial # for Logic is gone also. secondly, I need to know if it's possible to get download copies for some of the video tutorials from Mac Pro Video again? I do have some of tyhe tutorials on another compter in the US and will be there in less than one week - but the latest Tips N Tricks, Sculpture tutorial and Live 6 Tutorial i do not have on the other computer. If you can give me any direct email addresses for assistance from Apple, and/or Ableton and info about the MacProVidep Tutorials I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks very much, Jake bell

Re: Apple Support & Tutorials
Hi Jake, I'm so sorry to her about your laptop. We keep so many valuable items on these dense little objects it scary to think about taking them anywhere! If you are "on record" with Apple as a Logic owner, they will, for a relatively small fee, send you a replacement dongle. Good luck, Steve

I can't speak for the Apple part of the equation, but contact support with your questions about re-downloading the tutorials ... I'm sure you'll find some help there: http://www.macprovideo.com/support/ Sorry to hear about your loss!!
