Hi, I'm NEW to 'Macpro Video' and I have just purchased the Logic 8 bundle pack today via download (PC) plus completed the process to N.E.D so they are now in the 'Tutorial Manager'under 'Installed Tutorials'. I was wondering if anybody else has experienced 'Breaking Up' of the tutorial's when being played as if it is crashing etc. The voice sounds clear but the tutorial screen keeps flashing with loads of lines over the top of it. It does this on all 5 'Macpro Video Tutorials'. I'm pretty angry as I have just spent quite a bit of money on these very poor quality downloads!! Can anybody help me!? Many Thanks Drasik

Hi Drasik Happy New Year! This is strange - never come across this before. Have you got the latest NED player for PC? What about your version of quicktime? I think your best bet is to contact support ( button at the top right of the page) - they're pretty good at helping tech issues. By the way, cheers for the email - will get back to you today. Hi Rounik, Downloaded the latest NED and Quicktime last night but nothing seemed to help it plus I sent the support team a message so that sould come through in the next day or so. My mate should be finding out next Monday he thinks! Cheers Drasik
