Using an Edirol PCR-300. I get how to apply commands to sliders and knobs.... but where I get stuck is trying to apply commands to the Transport BUTTON items (STOP, PLAY REWIND...) Can't figure it out... ANy help? Thx

I watched the segment on controllers in Logic 101. It was ...'ok'. pretty slim materials. As part of general Logic knowledge, not just UltraBeat...I'd like to learn more about using controllers. Tips, Experiments, Configurations... I would bet that a dozen or so dedicated video segments added to one of the advanced courses would open a few wallets... certainly my own. Or maybe there are video segments that already have more than just the 2 that 1 watched in Logic 8-101. Thanks... and hurry up.

I see how to do the multi tranformers.... but what I can't get my head around is how to insert/control audio affect through Logic for each of Stylus' tracks/parts. Maybe I wan't to COMPRESS only the KICK , add GAIN to only the SNARE and FLANGE only a CYMBAL.

OK... I have banged my head on my desk long enough. I installed Kontakt and Alchemy over the weekend. Did a custom install - placing all their sound libraries on an External HD. Shouldn't Logic's Library update with the appropriate presets/sounds when I first insert the Plug-in in the Control strip.... as is does with Logics plugins. Navigating/discovering sounds in Kontakt and Alchemy is brutal. I like ORDER... and Consistency. I think Donald Rumsfield is doing the UI for some of these 3rdPrty plug-ins. "Are you stupid?" The answer that has served me well in life is "yes". Can I manually re-organize the file paths to these libraries (sort them, catalog them in subfolders... as Logic's plugins are. ... and have them appear in Logic's Library window when I select the Plugin? The file types are unique to each of these apps. Where to begin? How would YOU do it? Any help?

Was the release of NED 3.1.2 meant to fix the Tutorial update problem? The problem still exists. Guess I'll need to Delete TNT2 and Re-Download :(
