Hi. In the video 106 of the Mastering Logic 8, Martin states that you should dither your bounce even if you are bouncing from 32-bit floating point to 24-bit fixed. This is not correct. You should only use dithering when converting from 32, 24 or 20-bit to 16-bit for CD-mastering, and this should really be the last thing you do to your audio file. No more processing should be made after dither or you will ruin your audio material. So please don't use dither when going to 24-bit! There's something strange happening when I try to download the November TNT. For about 3 seconds I get a "Downloading Tutorial Files" then "Complete" and then nothing? Can anyone confirm!

Where is this months tutorial? This is the third time in a row it's late...

I was watching octobers TNT 2 about how to implement the Multi Instrument Object with Stylus RMX thru all those transformers. I found an even easier way to control the volume and pan of each MIDI channel with RMX. Here are the 2 transformers that are needed: [img]http://home.mac.se/makingsound/logicpro_se/stylus_transform.png[/img] Just cable the transformers between the Multi Instrument object and the Software Instrument Object and you are set to go. Hope you like it. :-D

It should buy you a lot of time using 2 transformers instead of 16. ;-) What I did was to use the different MIDI channels to help me augment the the Data Byte by one on the transformed fader data.
